Return Policy

Things You Need to Know

For all exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receiving the design, please email regarding your exchange needs. Include your order number or the full name the order was placed under, and a description of the items you would like to exchange.  A customer service representative will assist you within 24 hours.

We work hard to make an exceptional product, and we want to do all that we can to make sure you get the fit, style, and design that best fits you.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange the design for another one similar or not (price difference in exchanged items to be covered by customer) or you can exchange the design for store credit.

  • The design will need to be returned for Exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation.

  • Any design you exchange must be in the same condition you received it in. Please keep the receipt.

  • For the 48 contiguous states, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to send the product back with. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges from Alaska, Hawaii, and all international locations will be covered by the customer.

  • We will send out your exchange, or store credit by E-Gift within 72 hours of receiving your product(s) in good/ unworn condition.
